Russian spies. Return of the Cold War?

As reported by AP, a Russian spy ring has apparently been broken up in the United States.  Some of the operatives were in what know a "deep cover".

From the report, the movies have it right.  They apparently used invisible ink,  radio transmissions and even the old brush pass.

Anybody surprised?   I would be surprised if there weren't any.   I hope we have some in Russia. And ours don't get caught.

Russia didn't quit being the USSR overnight. And if this ring got caught, what about the ones who didn't?
